Lycra, Cotton and Polyester.

WASHING: Always machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold or warm water (max. 30°C) and use a mesh laundry bag. Avoid using bleach and fabric softener, as they can ruin the garment's elasticity.
DRYING: Air dry and do not expose to direct heat. High dryer temperatures will shrink the fabric, deform the garment, and burn elastic fibers.
IRONING: Avoid ironing if possible: The polyester and elastane blend hardly wrinkles, so stretching the garment after taking it out of the washing machine is usually sufficient.
