Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, it is placed on the production and packaging list, which takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. At the time of placing your order you are notified if the garment is available in stock or delayed.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM go to production the next day.



We will send you an email once your order is ready to ship; previously provided by the client, with the package tracking number to be able to track it.



The date on which the order is delivered to the parcel may vary due to stock errors, incomplete data on the part of the client, delay in collecting your package, order saturation or payment errors in purchases.

If there is any type of delay, we will let you know.

 

Orders are delivered only to the Mexican Republic, the United States and Canada. If you live outside of the Mexican Republic and are interested in purchasing our products, contact us by email to give you our shipping options.



DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS



Standard shipping delivery times are 3 to 7 business days after your order is ready.

Express shipping is sent the next day as long as your product is in stock and the order is placed before noon, and will be received 1 to 3 business days after making your purchase.

Local shipping (Monterrey) is sent the next day as long as your product is in stock and the order is placed before noon, and it will be received 1 to 3 business days after making your purchase.

Shipments to the USA are sent the next day as long as your product is in stock and the order is placed before noon, and will be received 5-10 business days after making your purchase.



If your order is not delivered within 7 business days after receiving our email, please notify us at mend.issue.co@gmail.com.

If shipping information is not provided correctly, the shipment may vary in its delivery date.

If the parcel was to deliver your order and you did not receive it, it may take a little longer to be delivered.

 

PACKAGES

Your orders are shipped through Quiken, Sendex, Redpack, Fedex and Estafeta.


                                                   SHIPPING NOT DELIVERED

We are not responsible if you have had 2 visits to your home to deliver the package and you have not received it. In these cases it is returned to us and we will send it to you again as soon as we receive it and the shipping is paid again.
