Refund policy

Exchange and return policy:

 

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer in case of:

                       - The size you ordered does not fit.

                       - You didn´t like the product.

 

Shipping is on us in case of: 

                       - Receive a product that wasn't what you ordered.

                       - Receive a damaged garment.

 

You can exchange the garment for a different size or for some other product that is available as long as it has the same value or you can pay the difference.

 

Upon receiving the garment, we will send you a code with the total amount of the garment(s) that you want to exchange for on our website and so that you can place the order again, as long as the garments arrive in good condition.

 

The product must be unused, in good condition and with the original packaging to be able to exchange the product.

 

You only have 10 days to make changes. Write to us by email to help you make the change.



                       -  Swimsuits do not have exchanges or returns.

                       - Custom made garments do not apply exchanges or returns.

                       - If the product is on sale, no changes or returns apply.


We do not accept returns.
